we have taken care to ensure that the content of this website is accurate and current. However, Talosia Design Ltd accepts no responsibility in cases where a genuine error has taken place either in the description of a product, its price or information relating to any other service that we provide. We reserve the right to refuse to sell you a product if there is a dispute relating to the attributes or price of a product. All prices are subject to change.

If you purchase products from the site we will collect and retain personal information including your name, telephone number and address. We will not disclose this information to any individual or company other than those who require the information to process your order. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Talosia Design Ltd reserves the right, and has absolute discretion to, at any time and for any reason whatsoever, terminate all or part of any service supplied by us, with or without notice, effective immediately.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT
If you are a New Zealand 'customer' as defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 then you are protected by the said Act. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits your rights under this Act.

FORCE MAJEURE
Talosia Design Ltd shall be under no liability - to the Customer in respect of anything that, if not for this provision, would or might constitute a breach of this Agreement, where this arises out of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters; sabotage; accident; riot; shortage of supplies, equipment, materials; strikes and lockouts; civil commotion; computer hacking; or malicious damage.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Loyalty Cards issued by Talosia Design Ltd may only be used by the account holder, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Loyalty Cards are issued at the discretion of Talosia Design Limited. Loyalty cards are valid for six months from date of issue, after which they are subject to review. Loyalty Cards will be valid only at Talosia Design Ltd outlet or online at which they have been issued. Promotions offered to Loyalty Card customers may only apply to the store at which the customer holds an account or from there online account, and may be limited to a particular customer, company or event. Talosia design Ltd, may retain customer’s contact details for the purpose of sending promotional material on a monthly basis, but is not obligated to offer a promotion every month. Promotions may be discontinued without notice and are subject to change. Talosia Design Ltd may cancel any customer’s Loyalty Card in the event of misuse.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
When you place an order on our website we shall e-mail you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged.
50% deposit many be taken if it’s a custom design and will not be re-fundable.
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any more changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice, discounts or promotional may not apply to items that have been discounted or on sale.

We reserve the right to refuse an order.
Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
The product ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorization of payment
The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion

PRICING
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax) All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason without notice

COLOURS
Every effort has been made to portray the Colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual Colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, Talosia Design Ltd cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

SIZES
Talosia Design Ltd All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are New Zealand sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

DELIVERY
We deliver and a signature is required upon delivery. For this reason, we recommend you specify a work address or Post Office box address.
If your delivery is to a private address and no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be either left at a secure spot at premises, or redirected to the nearest Post Office. For Regional deliveries redirections will be made to the local depot or Post Office (whichever is closest). If the parcel is redirected to a depot, you can organise collection or redelivery, however if your order is delivered to a Post Office it must be collected.
Pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock, delivery will take up to 3-10 working days for delivery within New Zealand, deliveries out New Zealand will charge at current exchange rates.
All delivery costs are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$).

Delivery prices may vary and are subject to change. Talosia Design Ltd reserves the right to set definitions of CBD and Suburb designations in regards to any order placed for delivery within New Zealand. Any orders delivered out of Auckland City at purchaser’s risk. No refund will be given for damaged items. A second delivery cost will incur if the person is not there to receive delivery. If instructions are given for the delivery item to be left at the door or at the delivery premises, Talosia Design Ltd does not take any responsible for damages or loss. Talosia Design Ltd does not accept responsibility in the event the item does not get there on the day required for delivery, due to any of the above. All products must be paid for before delivery. Talosia Design Ltd cannot be held responsible for any time zone differences when placing an order on the net. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the order required for delivery is placed in advance and Talosia Design Ltd will not be held responsible if the order is received outside of business hours or time zone hours. The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have filled out all the correct details on the order form needed to fulfill the order for delivery.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, floods etc.).
